Manual enrollment into a course

Support Portal  »  Knowledgebase  »  Viewing Article

In manual enrollment, the instructor enrolls students, one by one. It is fast and easy and instructors can set enrollment durations for individual accounts. It is easy to remove students from the course, either by suspension or by unenrolling them. A word of caution: unenrolling a student from a course removes all data of that students activity in the course (assignments, quizzes, grades etc.) Suspending keeps all data and prevents the student from entering the course. During the school year, it is better to suspend enrollments for accountability and reporting purposes!
